Welcome to The D Town Crew. After you read this, why don't you check out some of our other articles and selections. Content is added all the time and our topics cover many aspects of our lives and experiences, take a second and check it out! -l0ckd0wn

First, there was the big bang. Next came our planet and the life present on it. Shortly after that, Sasha creates yet another 2 CD set that rocks people’s socks off, even those that were barefoot at the time!

I received an email from one of the many promotional companies that seem to posses my email address. This one came from AMG and gave details to the release of Sasha’s own emFire Collection, a 2x CD set sold both digitally and physically. Rather than trying to tell you all about it, here is the press release directly from the email:

SASHA - THE emFire COLLECTION

emFire

A definitive view of Sasha’s emFire catalogue featuring originals, remixes and his 40 minute award-winning score to the surf film ‘New Emissions Of Light and Sound’. The launch of Sasha’s emFire label was undoubtedly one of the main talking points during the last half of 2007. Four original tracks were released and the discussion raged: which was best or least favorite be it at home or in a club? Was Mongoose really Sasha? And, of course, Who Killed Sparky? Now the debate is set to continue as Sasha releases ‘The emFire Collection’ on Ultra Records. 2x Discs including ambient & club remixes from Audion, Radio Slave, Slam and the Field; the unreleased Spangled Rubdub of Coma, along with the previously unreleased score. Now, although this may not be the latest piece of news out, I still wanted to make sure that I posted this. Main reason being is that Sasha is still a huge force in the EDM scene. His releases touch millions and everyone in the industry takes notice when a release is made. Sasha is leading the digital revolution and has, and hopefully always will be, a major player that pushes the limits of technology. This is definitely some music that is worth checking out.
